This recipe seems extremely complicated, but it is one of the easiest and flavorful recipes I have. I hope you Enjoy. :)
What You Will Need:
4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast ( boneless skinless thighs if you prefer dark meat)
1 Can Campbell's Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery
3 Cups Milk
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onions ( or 1/4 cup dehydrated onions)
2 Cups Shredded Medium Cheddar
1 pouch of Oscar Meyer Real Bacon Bits
Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees
Rinse Chicken Breast in cool water. Lay Chicken Breast in a 9x9 glass baking dish, sprinkle salt, pepper, and onions over uncooked chicken breast and set to the side. In a separate large mixing bowl combine milk, cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup, mixing until all lumps are gone. Pour Soup mixture over chicken breast, cover with foil and place in oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil and add bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. You may add parsley to give extra decoration. Let stand for about 5 minutes. Serve.
