World's Best Pea Salad
What You Will Need:
2 Cans Young Tender Peas
1 Cup Mayonnaise ( do not use miracle whip)
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onions
1/2 Cup Shredded Carrots
3 Hard Boiled Eggs (Finely Chopped)
1 1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Dried Parsley Flakes
Large Mixing Bowl
Directions:
Combine Peas, Mayonnaise, Vinegar and Parsley Flakes in a large mixing bowl. Stir until evenly mixed. Next add Chopped onions, Shredded Carrots, Hard Boiled Eggs. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to chill. Place in a casserole dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
